The dust has settled, and The Pittsburgh 48 Hour Film Project has been put to bed for another year. Thank you to everyone who came out to the screenings at The Hollywood Theater and showed your support for local film. A congratulations goes to ALL of the participants this year. You stepped up to the challenge of creating a film from scratch, in just 48 hours!
An extra shout out and congratulations goes out to Gaffe Tape and a Prayer! They walked away with the title of "Best Film of Pittsburgh" for their silent film, "Last Man Standing"!
NOW, we move on to something new. The FIRST EVER Pittsburgh 48 Hour HORROR Film Project! It's the same premise as the regular PGH 48HFP. We give you a genre, a line of dialogue, a prop, a character and 48 hours to make a 4 to 7 minute film. But this time, ALL of the genres are HORROR based!
